Cash-in
You may cash-in any credits over $30 you have remaining in your
Real Player Account at any time.
Once you make a cash-in, any purchases you had made from your
credit/debit card or online wallet (such as FirePay, Neteller
or Central Coin) will be automatically refunded at midnight
(GMT).
From the time you make your cash-in you will have until midnight
(GMT) to reverse the whole cash-in amount and continue playing.
Money refunded back to a credit/debit card or online wallet
account should appear within approximately 7 business days.
Please note that any past purchases made via a credit/debit
card or online wallet that have not yet been refunded will also
be refunded out of the gross cash-in amount if necessary.
Your net winnings will then be processed within 72 hours from
the time your purchases were refunded. Thus you will have until
72 hours to reverse your net winnings and continue playing.
Net winnings will be sent to your online wallet or as a check
by default if you have used any other purchasing method. There
are no fees incurred with receiving your net winnings via either
of these methods.
You may request to have your net winnings sent as either a bank/wire
transfer or as a FedEx. There are fees for both of these methods.
Please ensure you contact our Support Team as soon as possible
after making your cash-in to request either of these payment
methods.
Net winnings sent to an online wallet should arrive within approximately
4/5 business days and check payments should arrive within approximately
14 business days. Bank/wire transfer of net winnings can only
be processed if the bank account details provided by the player
correspond with the player's details registered with the casino.
FedEx payments can only be sent to an address that is not a
post office box.
